Biographical Notes:
 Mr. Wray has practiced law in Kingsport for over 3 decades in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability and commercial litigation as well as being a Rule 31 Mediator. Mr. Wray was listed as one of "The Best Lawyers in the Tri-Cities" in the November 2007 and 2009 issues of The Business Journal of Tri-Cities Tennessee/Virginia and was listed amongst the "Mid-South Super Lawyers" in the 2008, 2009 and 2010 editions of Mid-South Super Lawyers and Rising Stars. Mr. Wray and his wife Gwen and dedicated to their family, their church and weekly visits with local nursery home residents.
Bill began serving as a mediator regularly in 1996, and he devotes substantial time to mediation of civil cases. He is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Mediator.
Education:
 Mr. Wray earned his undergraduate degree from Tennessee Technological University in 1971 with Highest Distinction. Mr. Wray was admitted to Tennessee State and Federal Courts in 1974 following his graduation from University of Tennessee in 1973 and to the U. S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit in 1994.

 Professional memberships include founding member of The Tennessee Academy of Mediators & Arbitrators, Kingsport Tennessee Bar Association (past President), Knoxville Tennessee Bar Association, American Association for Justice, American Bar Association, as well as being named one of "The Best Lawyers" Tri-Cities, TN in 2007, Best Super Lawyer 2008, 2009 and 2010 and named a Fellow in the Tennessee Bar Foundation in 2008.
