Biographical Notes:

Paul D. Hogan, Jr., is a partner with his wife, Janet Hogan, in the Knoxville firm of Hogan and Hogan. Since 1991, they have engaged in a civil litigation practice involving a full range of personal injury and property damage tort litigation, including medical malpractice, products liability, and construction litigation and defamation cases. Although until about the year 1997, much of his work was for defendants; Paul now devotes all of his practice to mediation. Paul is a Board certified civil trial specialist and Rule 31 mediator and has conducted over 2,000 mediations.

Education:

Paul Hogan, Jr., was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Paul graduated from Xavier University in 1966 with a Bachelor's Degree in history. Paul entered the United States Army and was discharged as a First Lieutenant after serving a tour in Vietnam. Paul worked in the hospital equipment business for a short period of time before entering law school. Paul graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School in 1973 and went into practice with J. D. Lee and Associates in Madisonville, Tennessee.

Payment: Bill will be submitted at conclusion of mediation.

Cancellation Policy: With less than 5 business working day notice, $400 for half day mediation and $600 for full day mediation.
