PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION

Biographical Notes:

Pam Reeves is known across the state of Tennessee for her skills as a civil litigator, her ability to find creative ways to solve problems for litigants and for her leadership abilities. Pam has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts from Memphis to Tri-Cities. From 1987 to 2002, most of her work involved representing governmental entities across the state in complicated civil rights, employment and governmental tort cases.

In 1997, Pam became a Rule 31 listed mediator in Tennessee and since 2002, her practice has focused primarily on mediations and arbitrations. Pam has mediated hundreds of cases in all parts of the state including personal injury, medical malpractice, commercial, contract, real estate, employment and civil rights matters.

In 2004, Pam was admitted as a Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators. Since 2007, she has served on the Board of Directors of the College, and she became president of this national organization in 2009. She has served as chair of the Knoxville Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution section and is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution section. Pam frequently speaks at local and state ADR seminars.
