RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: Standard hourly rate is $385.00. If you have questions about this or budget restrictions, please call the office and ask for Eleanor Keesecker.
Payment: For arbitrations, deposits are required from both sides. For mediation, payment is due within 30 days after mediation. Counsel for the parties guarantee payment.
Cancellation Policy: We will work with you to reschedule your mediation as quickly as possible based on availability. There are no cancellation fees but payment will be due for any time spent by Mr. Kay preparing for the mediation.
