Biographical Notes:

For the past 37 years, he has been actively engaged in trial practice in civil matters, representing individuals and/or corporate entities, as plaintiffs or defendants, in most all types of civil litigation. Over the past eight years, approximately 75% to 80% of his professional time has been devoted to the active practice of civil trial law, involving the preparation and trial of catastrophic injury and death cases or complex business matters. During this period, approximately 20% to 25% of his professional time has been devoted to mediating or arbitrating civil cases.
