Extensive experience in mediation and arbitration in all types of civil cases including insurance, mergers and acquisitions, motor vehicle manufacturing, construction, entertainment, professional negligence, product liability, intellectual property, restrictive covenants, employment, trade secrets, medical billing, personal injury, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, transportation and family disputes. Claims ranging from $50,000 to several million dollars.
